ACC-Tech offers a wide variety of different services to our customers. We offer in-shop computer sales, computer repair, custom computer builds, and Windows Servers. As a Intel Channel Partner we offer Intel based solutions for all of our machines. Below is a list of services that we provide in our shop.
Diagnostic Service: $40
Diagnostic Services provide a basis for determining the root cause of the customers issue with the computer. This Service is designated only to determine issues but does not resolve anything more than very minor fixes. With a diagnostic service we will perform a quick physical inspection, run a Memory Test, Quick hard drive diagnostics, a quick check of your hard drive for errors, and a quick virus/malware scan to look for threats and infections. We will also provide you with recommendations based off our diagnostic services.
Tune-Up Service: $29
A tune-up or clean-up of your computer will include clearing out dust and debris from the inside of your computer, cleaning out unused temporary files, resolving issues from hard drive errors or corruption of data, ensure all Windows files are correctly installed, uninstalling unnecessary programs / adware, installing all critical Microsoft and Program updates. This service is performed after our Diagnostic service if approved by the customer to resolve most computer issues.
Malware/Virus/Spyware Removal: With diagnostic service $89, Without diagnostics $129.
A Malware/Virus/Spyware removal process takes 1-2 days and provides a deep, thorough cleaning of malware/virus/spyware programs on your computer. We will also ensure you have adequate protection for Malware and Viruses in the future if you did not before, and all Windows updates are installed to help protect against vulnerabilities. We recommend having the diagnostic service performed prior to a Malware/Virus/Spyware removal process to ensure the integrity of your hardware and operating system. Due to the nature of Malware/Virus/Spyware we provide a 72-hour warranty upon pickup of the computer.
Operating System Installation: $99
A full installation of Windows or Mac OSX. We can Back Up your data (Documents, Desktop, Pictures, Music) prior to the installation and transfer those files for you for an additional service fee. We may be able to transfer some software such as Microsoft Office, additional programs may require installation by the customer or software to be provided by the customer).
*Mac OSX will require installation discs to be provided by the customer.
Data Transfer (Up to 50GB, Additional $0.50/GB): $59
A transfer of your Documents, Desktop, Pictures, Music, or additional files on your computer to another computer, an external storage device, or back to your computer after an OS Install has been completed if requested. This service is limited to the first 50 gigabytes on your computer of transferrable data, additional $0.50 per gigabyte over this limit.
Server OS Install / Configuration (Ex. Small Business Server 2011): $250
We will configure and build the server to meet your needs. A full installation of Windows Server Operating System. Initial configurations are performed. All Windows Updates are installed. Users and Email accounts are created.

Password Reset: $19
Description: We will reset your computer password if you have accidentally forgotten it
*State/Federal ID Required with all password resets.
In-Shop Labor: $69/hour (Half hour minimum)
We provide in-shop labor service for anything not covered by other services described above.
